The Mango Nakiri And Bunka Project.

This set was produced for Chef Christian Mikkelson.

The 180mm Bunka blade was hand forged from iron-clad Matsubara White #1 steel.

The 155mm Nakiri blade was hand forged from Aogami Super Blue steel.

Both knives have been fitted with a pair of hand shaped and finished mango wood handles. Lightly charred, and accented with some curly, figured maple.
